Company portal intune app stuck downloading

I have successfully deployed the Company Portal APP and other APPS available in the Microsoft store to an enrolled Laptop with Windows 10 Professional, but any of the Windows app (Win32) APPS I am trying to push to a test device are not installing. I am using an MSI file and the IntuneWinAppUtil.exe to convert it to an .intunewin file ready to upload and configure. All relevant licences are assigned, the test device is enrolled successfully, the APPS within intune are assigned correctly

Win32 app Company Portal Stuck Downloading I have an issue with a win32 app that have made available in the company portal. Most users who requested to install the where succesfull in installing but for some users the status is stuck on downloading but nothing is happening.
